Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- You could have experienced connectivity issues at the time. First try running the add-on script again. If it still doesn’t work go to step 2.
- You may have accidentally deleted a named range required for the add – on to function properly. Please undo the change by checking the version history of the Google Sheet to see if any cells were deleted.
